MRS. SHARON MEADE
FOUNDER & CEO
Mrs. Meade brings two decades of management and administrative experience in nursery operations, having held progressive roles at Rupert's Day Nursery from 1998 to 2018 where she developed deep expertise in operations management, staff development, and health and safety.
Her extensive responsibilities included overseeing nursery operations, ensuring effective collaboration between children, parents, and staff, managing daily financial operations, and maintaining rigorous quality standards. In 2019, she transitioned into the property management sector, supporting day-to-day business functions at Meades Enterprises and laying the groundwork for her innovative vision at Wings Safety Academy.
With comprehensive qualifications in early childhood education and management obtained between 1994 and 2016, Mrs. Meade has uniquely positioned herself to bridge the critical intersection between child safety and property management.
